Tuition and Fees

Your ELC tuition enables us to educate and care for your child in smaller classes with low student to teacher ratios. Our ratios are significantly lower than state licensing requirements. We believe that our low student to teacher ratios allow for in depth exploration and discovery.

We use Smart Tuition as our billing service. Once you are registered with the ELC, you will enroll with Smart Tuition at enrollwithsmart.com. You may also call (888)-868-8828. For our currently enrolled families, you can sign in to your account at Smart Tuition at www.parents.smarttuition.com or email them at parents@smarttuition.com. You will receive an invoice each month around the 15th of the month. Tuition is due monthly on the 1st of each month. For example, for the month of October, you will receive an invoice from Smart Tuition on September 15. The bill for October will be due on October 1. A $50 application fee shall be submitted at the time of application. Once a space has been offered, a registration deposit consisting of a $75 registration fee + one month’s tuition is required to reserve a space in the coming school year. The one month’s tuition of the registration deposit will be applied as a credit to your tuition in the month of May. On your first bill of the school year, you will see a $65 annual activity and technology fee that is used in for additional classroom programing and maintenance of ELC technology.
