IMPORTANT UPDATE- 5/31/24:
The Toddler Program is full. We are NOT accepting any new toddler applications for the 2024/2025 school year.
Registration is still open for all other programs. We still have a few spots!
Similar to previous years, we will have toddler classrooms, two-year-old classrooms, three-year-old classrooms, Pre-K classrooms and a Transitional Kindergarten class. The Transitional Kindergarten is designed for children who can benefit from a small and familiar setting before their Kindergarten experience. Priority will go to current Pre-K children and then offered to children who have turned 4 years old by January 2024.
We are continuing with our low ratios in our classrooms, and there will only be 10-12 children per classroom with 2-3 teachers per classroom depending on age. This is different to what our school used to look like as our ratios ranged anywhere from 10-18 per classroom with 2-3 teachers. Our Transitional Kindergarten is the one classroom that differs from this model and it will have 10-12 children to one Kindergarten teacher. We have seen the value in keeping our numbers low since COVID-19, and we are happy to continue to support more individual learning within a classroom setting with these low ratios.
Within 4 weeks from submitting your application, you will receive an email from Elinor Rifkin, Director of Admissions, to either continue with the registration process or inform you that you have been put on our waitlist. Our registration process will then consist of making your registration deposit. This deposit consists of a $100 registration fee and one month’s tuition. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. It will be applied towards the yearly tuition total amount, but is non- refundable if you withdraw at any time after the payment.
Our calendar integrates a school system, as well as honoring our Jewish Holidays. Our Jewish Holidays follow the Jewish calendar and vary each school year. For our school system, we follow the Denver Public Schools calendar and we anticipate our first day together being Monday, August 19, 2024.
