Dear Early Learning Center Families and Friends,
As you know, the Early Learning Center serves an amazing community of children and families. However, your tuition alone does not pay for extra needs for our building and security for our school. This year we have decided to forgo having an auction event and instead raise funds for the school through a direct giving campaign. We repeat, we will not be having an auction this year!!!! Instead, please help by participating in this direct giving campaign and watch us grow.
This campaign begins with you! Our fundraising goal is $100,000. Here is the breakdown of what we are hoping to provide for our school with your support.
$20,000 - Scholarship funds to afford children the benefits of a high quality early childhood education at the Early Learning Center if their families are unable to pay the full price of tuition.
$5,000 – Annual maintenance of our new natural scape playground and gardens.
$65,000 – Facilities upgrades, starting with new flooring and bathrooms for classrooms without them; improvements to security.
$10,000 – Upgrade technology in the classrooms and office.
As our children have been learning, tzedakah (charity) is a core Jewish value and one that we hope our families will model for our children. It is our hope that all Early Learning Center families will consider making a donation for your end-of-the-year giving, with a suggested amount of $250 per child. We encourage you to share this with friends, neighbors, grandparents and extended families. All donations are tax deductible and will also fall under the Colorado Child Care Contribution Tax Credit (50%). Naming opportunities are available – please see Susan Wartchow if you are interested in this option.
We thank you in advance for your generosity and we are confident that, by all supporting this campaign, the Early Learning Center will meet our $100,000 goal! And with this we will continue to grow and thrive! Let us be the first to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving—we are certainly thankful for all of you!
